  • Cancellation Policy

    We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service cost will be charged. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the service cost will be applied, and rebooking will be at the stylist’s discretion.

  • Late Arrival Policy

    If you are running late, please contact your stylist as soon as possible via call or text so they can make necessary arrangements. We allow a grace period of 15 minutes; however, arriving any later may result in rescheduling or modification of your appointment. If an appointment is canceled due to tardiness, the full cancellation fee may apply at the stylist’s discretion. To ensure a smooth start, please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to settle in.

  • Post-Service Adjustments

    If you have any concerns about your service after your visit, you have a 10-day window to reach out to your stylist for a complimentary adjustment. Requests for changes beyond the 10-day period will be treated as new services and will incur additional charges as determined by your stylist.

  • Additional Guests & Children

    While we appreciate your children and friends, for safety reasons and due to limited space, we request that you do not bring them along to your appointment. If you are unable to find childcare, please inform your stylist at least 24 hours in advance so arrangements can be made. This policy ensures a relaxing environment for all our clients and prioritizes safety for everyone.

  • Payment Policy

    We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Full payment is due upon completion of your service. In cases where a deposit is required to secure an appointment, the deposit will be deducted from the total service cost. Failure to pay the deposit may result in the loss of the appointment slot. Please note that all sales are final, and refunds are not offered for services rendered.

  • Product Returns & Exchanges

    If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued as store credit only. Opened or used products are not eligible for return, but we are happy to provide guidance on using them effectively to ensure you achieve the best results.
